Returns & Exchanges

US Delivery Address Customers:

Once you receive your order you can receive a full refund if the package is unopened by communicating with us (Awesome@GLAMCOR.com) within seven (7) days of delivery. After the seventh day (7th) you will receive store credit until the fourteenth (14th) day. After 14 days the merchandise is not refundable. We will arrange return shipping through our UPS account.

If you would like to exchange anything just drop us an email to Awesome@GLAMCOR.com. There are real people behind the email address covering different time zones. We can help you with the exchange.

Non-US Delivery Address Customers:

Orders delivered outside the US are returnable for a refund within 10 days from the time your receive your items. You will be responsible to return the merchandise to the shipping origin or to our US location by paying the shipping cost back to us. In the event that you received anything which was eligible for free international shipping there will be a restocking charge equal to 35% of the purchase price of your returned order.
